Folk Festival starts Thursday

The 58th annual Philadelphia Folk Festival will take place Thursday to Sunday, Aug. 15-18, at the Old Pool Farm, 1323 Salford Station Road in Schwenksville.

The lineup includes David Crosby & Friends; Margo Price; The Mavericks; Preservation Hall Jazz Band; Joan Osborne singing the songs of Bob Dylan; Langhorne Slim and the Lost at Last Band; Amanda Shires; and Kathy Mattea.

The festival features camping children’s activities, handcrafters and curated food vendors.
